SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFO: All orders are $9.95 plus insurance for orders within the continental U.S. via USPS. Ground deliveries ship within 3-8 business days. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address.
For NEXT BUSINESS DAY AIR SERVICE (continental U.S): Please select USPS as the carrier. The shipping charge is $48.95 plus insurance for overnight. Next Day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or a holiday will ship the next business day.
For 2ND BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY: Your order will be charged a shipping rate of $38.95 plus insurance for shipping within the continental U.S.

If an order is canceled for any reason then you will be notified.
ALASKA AND HAWAII: $7.95 plus insurance.
CANADA: Shipped via USPS Standard Canadian. Shipping costs are a base rate $22.95 plus insurance for all orders. We reserve the right to add shipping charges for orders over 8lbs. Delivery time is generally 6-12 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: International orders must be paid with a paypal account. The shipping charge is a base rate of $48.95 plus insurance for all orders. We reserve the right to added shipping charges to the order for shipments over 5 pounds.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE: For that extra-special touch we offer a gift wrapping service for only $6.50 per gift.
PAYMENT METHOD: We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Sales tax is not charged except on applicable items shipped within the state of Virginia.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: FREE SHIPPING ON ALL EXCHANGES. We pay to ship out the exchange to you if the exchange is made within 30 days after receipt of the goods. However, it is your responsibility to ship the items to us. You need to get your exchange or returns shipped to us within 30 days after you receive the merchandise. After 30 days any returns will be accepted for exchange only. Any exchanges made after 30 days require you to pay the shipping charges. No exchanges or returns after 60 days.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
To make a return: Please ensure that all items are in the original unworn condition, with tags intact. Items without tags will be refused. We can not accept any return or exchange that has been washed. Refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such a determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it is returned to us. Please take the same care in packaging your return that was taken in packaging your order. Sweetest Little Baby is not responsible for any shrinkage of the clothes.
• To ensure proper credit, please enclose a copy of the original packing slip, with the items being returned/exchanged marked on the slip. Returns received without paperwork will delay the processing of your return. For exchanges, please note the size and/or item you wish to exchange for, in addition to the item(s) you are returning.
• Ship your return/exchange using UPS or USPS. (If using FedEx, please DO NOT use priority overnight. If you must return it overnight with FedEx, please use standard overnight.) Insurance and tracking are recommended.
• Please allow up to 30 days for your credit to be processed.
• If making an exchange, please follow the above procedures and add ATTN: Exchange to the address above.
